Authors: JIANG Xunming, ZHANG Yafei
PP: 980-984
Abstract: This paper analyzed the primary pattern of the intellectual property securitization in China, the organizational form of special purpose vehicle (SPV), the construction of assert pools and the supervision mechanism, to provide foundation for the police choice for the intellectual property securitization in China. Based on the marketing environment, legal system and supervision system of China and the specificity of intellectual property asserts, the securitization of intellectual property in China should take the marketing dominating model, instead of government dominating model. The SPV should adopt SPV of entrust model, but not corporation model SPV. Furthermore, the asset pools based on the patent portfolios were better than those based on single patent. In addition, a three-dimensional supervision system seemed more helpful than that dominated by the government or depended on the industry self-regulation.

PP: 971-979
Abstract: In order to resolve the design conflict efficiently and comb the logical relationship among various conflicts in customer collaborative product design, a conflict analysis model based on logical reasoning was proposed. Then, the design goal weights were coordinated by fuzzy weighted least squares method to resolve the problem which was hard to integrate the goal weights of different design agents together, and a multi-objective conflict resolution model in consideration of design time and cost was established. Furthermore, an improved vaccine immune algorithm was put forward to find the optimal solution to the model, which introduced the cycle gradual mutation rate according to the biological evolution cycle of gradual change. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the model and algorithm were verified by a motorcycle product collaborative design example.

Authors: JING Zejing, HU Wenxiu
PP: 943-950
Abstract: With principal component analysis and regression analysis method, this research carried on some empirical tests for main special treatment (ST) company’s share price during 2002-2010. These specific influencing factors of ST company stock price were processed and the results showed that the main influencing factors was the exterior macroscopic environment, specially the ST stock price was more sensitive to “year * the number of ST company”. While in these internal influencing factors, ST companies’ stock prices had a certain relationship with the scale of company and the clean degree of shell resource, but the industry trade which the ST company belonged to and the asset quality in accounting had little influence on stock prices. The empirical study results also showed that, although the Growth Enterprises Market had been opened and the initial public offering (IPO) number was increasing in recent years, ST companies’ prices still didn’t show any downward trend.

Title: Study on cognitive differences of directors’ competence requirements in provincial government: based on the evidences of A province
Authors: LI Xiang, GUO Yingyuan, ZHANG Sheng
PP: 932-937
Abstract: This paper empirically researched the cognitive differences of directors’ competence requirement among the tops of a department, the middles and the basics in A provincial government. The results showed that the cognition of directors’ competence requirements roughly reached consensus between the tops and the middles. However, the level of requirement of the basics was significantly higher than that of the middles. We conclude that, promoting the cognition of directors’ competence requirements reaching consensus is up to that the directors’ competence requirements must be established according to the area management requirements.

Title: Study on quality coordination strategy of the service outsourcing supply chain
Authors: LI Yongfei, SU Qin, ZHENG Jing
PP: 889-896
Abstract: Our research problem of the outsourcing supply chain quality game is that the service provider needs to pay how much per unit penalty quantity to the outsourcer when the service provider has the quality problem because of his own reasons. Firstly, we studied the the coordination scope of per unit penalty quantity and the optimal per unit penalty quantity problem with only considering their own interests of any party of the service outsourcing. Secondly, we constructed the optimal coordination scope based on the overall interests of the supply chain and solved the equilibrium penalty quantity under the supply chain coordination. The results showed that if any party of the service outsourcing only considered its own best interests and regardless of the interests of the opposite party, they will not have stable equilibrium solution. If the parties simultaneously took into account their own best interests without taking into account each other’s interests, then the parties might fall into prisoner’s dilemma. Even if the two sides had a equilibrium solution, the equilibrium solution was also the same to the equilibrium solution of the supply chain. Therefore, the two sides had a stable equilibrium solution based on taking into account the overall interests of the supply chain of the two sides. This research obtained not only the scope of coordination, and solved the stable equilibrium solution size as well. These conclusions are consistent with the facts and have some theoretical guidance value in practice.

Title: Research on optimal incentive combination of SOEs’executive based on fairness preference
Authors: YAN Yanyang, JIN Peng
PP: 880-888
Abstract: In the background of SOEs’ executive, this paper studied the problem of incentive combination of SOEs’ executive based on the executive fairness preference in the repeated game by introducing agent’s fairness into the combination of explicit contract and implicit contract. The results showed that the fairness preference influenced implicit contract firstly, then influenced explicit contract indirectly by the implicit contract substitution, finally made explicit compensation turn into fairness compensation. In this process, the variation of implicit contract was more than that of explicit contract. The results also showed that compassion was an important enforcement device on implicit contract, which not only relaxed the condition of first best optimal, but also positively implemented implicit contract instead of explicit contract, even though objective performance measure was perfect.
