Title: Human resource management effectiveness evaluation based on management entropy
Authors: YAO Zhongqian, ZHANG Junwei, LI Ming
PP: 949-954
Abstract: From the current theory of human resource management effectiveness (HRME) as a starting point, the paper analyses management entropy and management dissipation based on the research of many scholars at home and abroad. It constructs the human resource management entropy evaluation model based on the analysis of management entropy and management dissipation. Then, it proposes human resource management effectiveness evaluation structure from the perspective of human resource extension management effectiveness, employee performance and organizational management effectiveness, and also constructs the human resource management entropy evaluation model. The empirical research appraises the human resource management effectiveness of Xuzhou Agricultural Bank by SPSS 13.0, entropy and the management entropy evaluation model. The empirical study indicates that Xuzhou Agricultural bank is a dissipative system, maintaining good openness regardless of its internal or with external environment. It has negative entropy flow in the whole and increases the management effectiveness of the system.

Title: Semantic scale gradation matrix and its applications
Authors: DONG Yucheng
PP: 874-881
Abstract: The concept of the semantic scale gradation matrix is presented in the paper. Applying this concept, the difference of initial semantic scale gradation matrix given by decision makers and weight vector semantic scale gradation matrix is calculated. and a simulation is designed. It not only can compare different numerical scales (Ma-Zhang scale, power scale, Salo scale, Saaty scale), but also compare two kinds of pairwise comparison matrices (reciprocal matrix and complementary matrix). Based on this, an evaluation framework is introduced further, which resolve the course of obtaining the priority vector from a semantic scale gradation matrix given by decision makers into three parts including scale coding, data processing and scale decoding, thereby systematically evaluating all methods in any step of obtaining the weight vector.
