Authors: SHI Jianguo, LIU Keming, MAO Jun
PP: 1720-1724
Abstract: The dynamics model and the dynamics differential equation of scraper conveyer were established in this paper. Through dynamics simulation on direct starting process and controllable starting process of scraper conveyer, the changing law of the tension and speed of the chain under different operating performance was studied. The corresponding result is that the tension of controllable starting process is reduced 26 667% compared with that of the full voltage starting process. It is proved that the start tension of chain can be decreased and its reliability can be increased by adopting controllable starting.

Title: Study on elastic modulus for jointed rock mass under excavation disturbance
Authors: YAO Gaohui,WANG Yiming,XIA Hongchun
PP: 1690-1695
Abstract: It is often difficult in engineering practice to make a direct in situ measurement of the elastic modulus of jointed rock mass. As an alternative method, the rock elastic modulus measured in the lab is generally used to indirectly determine the elastic modulus of jointed rock mass. Based on consideration of excavation disturbance to tunnel surrounding rock, study on elastic modulus was carried out under two kinds of occurrence condition: no ground water or fissure water containing. Firstly, traditional geological strength index (GSI) method was improved by introducing joint spacing Js, and GSI values were determined by quantitative structural parameters of rock mass. By use of expanded Hoek Brown criterion, and introduction of disturbance factor D, the elastic modulus of rock mass not taking groundwater factor into account can be calculated. The strain coupled hydraulic model was proposed to establish the deformation coordination relations under excavation disturbance between the fracture and the rock blocks. Rock mass elastic modulus was calculated based on the water inflow and the reduction factor of elastic modulus. Field application of Bainiuchang mine shows that the above mentioned method can more accurately reflect the jointed rock mass elastic modulus, which is worth recommendation in similar projects.

PP: 1680-1684
Abstract: In order to protect face roof well and control stope ore pressure, this paper analyzes the relationship between the setting load force and work resistance using regression analysis method, and analyzes the effects of the setting load on the stope mining pressure using on site observation approach. The analysis results show that: the work resistance increased accordingly as the setting load increased, and the support work resistance as the increase of the support setting load, the support work resistance performed function very fast, and it was conducive to roof management. So measures must be taken to improve the support setting load to ensure the supports in force up to the required value.

Authors: JING Yanyan, ZHANG Xiangfeng, YUE Jianzhi, LI Gang, SHEN Xiangwei, ZHANG Quanguo
PP: 1674-1679
Abstract: The influence of different heat accumulation resulting from external factors on hydrogen production of photosynthetic bacteria was investigated in this paper. The results indicated that heat accumulation improved hydrogen production of photosynthetic bacteria when the initial temperature was low. However, when the temperature was higher than 30℃, it did not. Heat accumulation showed an upward trend with light intensity increasing from 500 to 3 000 lx,and was conducive to the improvement of hydrogen production. In other words, the more heat accumulation, the more hydrogen production yields. When the scope of inoculation was from 5% to 50%, heat accumulation was also conducive to the improvement of hydrogen production capacity. When inoculation was 5%, 10%, 20% and 50%, hydrogen production yields increased correspondingly by 43, 89, 103 and 30 mL.

Title: Formation Mechanism and Accumulation Model of Lithilogical Pertroleum Reservoir in Niuzhuang Subsag
Authors: WANG Yong
PP: 1661-1667
Abstract: Based on the hydrocarbon occurrence and source rock analysis of lithologic body reservoir in Niuzhuang subsag of Dongying, this paper directs the formation of oil and gas reservoir of Es3, by using the law of subtle passage system starting with pressure evolution perspective. The result shows that sand lens reservoir are mainly allochthonic, multistage, episodic and replaced migration and accumulation. In the process of regional overpressure releasing, the stratum water and early filled hydrocarbon in high pressure sand lens discharge firstly through the migration pathway and simultaneously the sand lens get the pressure relieved. Because the permeability of sand is far better than the surrounding mudstone and shale’s, its pressure relief is more completed. Along with the facts that high pressure mainly generates in mudstone and shale, the pressure of sand lens is lower than its surroundings before the next releasing. Therefore, the sand lens are favorable for hydrocarbon accumulation.
