Abstract:Puerto Rico was hit by a hurricane in 2017. In this paper, we will design a disaster response system for help, inc., which makes full use of the various devices and containers mentioned in this paper, and can meet the anticipated medical needs in the event of future disasters. According to the number of medical packages received during the duration of the hurricane on the island, the number of cargo holds that received medical packages was calculated. Through the analysis of given information, the carrying capacity, photographic capability and loading capacity of UAV can be obtained. The different attributes of UAV are given different weights by analytic hierarchy process, and the performance of different UAV is obtained. The packing model is used to calculate the optimal components in the cargo hold. Then, an optimization model is established to calculate and minimize the number of UAVs. Then choose the place where ISO cargo containers will be placed. According to the location of the port and the point of demand, two containers were allocated to distribute medical kits for the Pavia Arecibo Hospital and Caribbean Medical Center. The location of three containers is selected by constructing Tyson polygon. Unmanned aerial vehicles in ISO containers will complete photographic missions in the corresponding areas. Finally, the expression of flight path is obtained by depth-first traversal of binary tree, and the flight schedule is obtained according to the length of road and the flight speed of UAV.

Abstract:To investigated the existence of positive solutions for second-order $n$-dimensional impulsive differential systems with integral boundary conditions. Firstly, the expression and properties of Green's function for the boundary value problem of second-order $n$-dimensional impulsive differential systems were investigated. Furthermore, we gave some new sufficient conditions for second-order $n$-dimensional impulsive differential systems with integral boundary conditions admits at least one solution and two solutions, by using a vector version of Krasnosel'ski\u{\i}'s fixed point theorem in cones and H\"{o}lder's inequality.

Abstract:In this paper, two new difference based modified estimators are considered in the semiparametric regression model. The difference based estimators based on modified ridge estimator and modified Liu estimator(MRE and MLE) are analyzed and compared with respect to the mean square error matrix sense with difference based Least square estimation, difference based Ridge estimation and difference based Liu estimation. Besides, comparing MLE with MRE in mean square error matrix sense. Finally, the performance of new estimators is evaluated for a simulation result and a numerical example.

Abstract:By using the cone theory, it is studied that existence of fixed points of operator $A$ without increasing property. The operator $A$ lies between operators $B_1$ and $B_2$, where $B_1, B_2$ have some increasing property. We obtain the existence of fixed points of the operator $A$ and the interval containing the fixed points. Lastly, the results are applied to a class of nonlinear integral equations.

Abstract:In this article, we consider an unconstrained minimization reformulation of the generalized complementarity problem GCP(f, g) based on the generalized Fisher-Burmeister function. Starting with the continuously differentiable functions f and g, we show under certain conditions any stationary point of the unconstrained minimization problem is a solution to GCP .

Abstract:This paper is concerned with the large time behavior of solutions to a class of nonlinear parabolic equations with irregular data. Under properassumptions, we prove the existence and uniqueness of the entropy solution to the problem. Then we establish some regularity results on the solution, by which we prove the existence of a global attractor for the solution semigroup

Abstract:We found a problem on real functional limits that can't be solved through all analytical tools that we known. Obviously, there is a crack in the basis of classical analysis, while the problem doesn't be solved. We mended the crack through improving the ending principle on functional limit attributed to Heine and defining a special function of one variable as a fake-function of two variables.

Abstract:The nonlinear dynamics of a generalized higher-ordernonlinear Schr"{o}dinger (HNLS) equation with a periodic externalperturbation is investigated numerically. Via the phase planeanalysis, it's found that both the homoclinic orbits andheteroclinic orbits can exist for the unperturbed HNLS equationunder certain conditions. Moreover, under the effect of the periodicexternal perturbation, the quasi-periodic bifurcations arise and canevolve into the chaos. The dynamical responses of the perturbed HNLSequation with regard to the perturbation strength are simulatedthrough the bifurcation diagrams, maximum Lyapunov exponents andphase portraits, which further prove the existence of the chaos forthe HNLS equation with a periodic external perturbation.Furthermore, two methods are used to control the chaos effectively,which can make the chaotic motions evolve into the stablequasi-periodic orbits. Those studies are helpful to reveal thedynamical properties of the HNLS equation.

Abstract:In this paper, the Bell-polynomial scheme is applied toobtain the infinite conservation laws for the nonlinear evolutionequations (NLEEs) admitting two-field bilinear forms.Bell-polynomial scheme has been used to obtain certain bilinearB"{a}cklund transformations (BTs), Lax pairs and infiniteconservation laws for the NLEEs with one-field bilinear forms. Basedon the two-field bilinear forms and four-field bilinear BTs in thebinary-Bell-polynominal form, the infinite conversation laws for avariable-coefficient modified Korteweg-de Vries equation arising influid and plasma physics as well as the Boussinesq-Burgers equationsfor the shallow water waves are construed systematically. Suchprocedure can be applied to other NLEEs admitting two-field bilinearforms.

Abstract:In this paper, the following model is considered ut = ∆u − ∇ · (χu∇v) + ∇ · (ξu∇w), x ∈ Ω, t > 0, τvt = ∆v + αu − βv, x ∈ Ω, t > 0,τwt = ∆w + γu − δw, x ∈ Ω, t > 0,under homogeneous Neumann boundary conditions in a bounded domain Ω ⊂ Rn(n ≥ 2). It is proved that, when τ = 1, in the space dimension n ≥ 3, for each q > n2 and p > n one can find ε0 > 0 such that if the initial data (u0, v0, w0) satisfies ∥u0∥Lq(Ω) < ϵ, ∥∇v0∥Lp(Ω) < ϵ and∥∇w0∥Lp(Ω) < ϵ for any ϵ < ϵ0, then the solution of the above system is globally bounded.Moreover, this solution converges to the stationary solution (m, m, m) as t → ∞, where m := ∫Ω u0. When τ = 0, the global solvability of the system for appropriately small initial data is also established under the assumptions χα − ξγ > 0, δ > β and n = 2.
