Abstract:The crude oil unit is the first working unit of crude oil fractionation units in all refinery units. By the theory of fault tree in reliability analysis, this paper set up the fault tree of the crude oil unit in processing heavy oil. The Analysis result based on the fault tree shows that one of the main invalidation reasons that affect the crude oil unit in processing heavy oil is naphthenic acid corrosion. The analysis of the corrosion mechanism and influencing factors has been studied in this paper, including a corrosion experiment research of the corrosion rate of several materials in different temperatures, consistence and velocity. By the experiment, some important data has been recorded. Integrated analysis on the experiment result and the fault tree, it has been found that the factors deeply and directly affects the corrosion rate of the naphthenic acid, such as the temperature, consistence, relatively move speed, material, and so on. And the relationship is a complex nonlinear problem.

Abstract:Using the Universal Distinct Element Code (UDEC) numerical software, the height of fractured zones for shallow coal seam with thin bedrock were calculated and analyzed, and its predicting formulas was achieved. The overlying water body of loosen water-bearing sand for shallow coal seam with thin bedrock was divided into three types, after analyzing the experiences of mining under loosen water-bearing sand of domestic coal mine. According the lithology and its weathering degree for shallow coal seam, the protective layer thickness was determined as 10 m. Based on these, the necessary bedrock thickness of longwall coalface for shallow coal seam with thin bedrock corresponding different mining height & water yield nature of the overlying loosen water-bearing sand was confined. Combined with the present mining status, a set of new methods of adaptable conditions classification of water protection mining technology for shallow coal seam with thin bedrock was put forward. The physical simulation and industrial test of water protection mining of 51201coalface in Shangwan coal mine, Shendong coal field proved that the adaptable conditions classification of water protection mining technology is feasible in shallow coal seams with thin bedrock.

Abstract:Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System has the merits of high speed of convergence, potentially better generalization capability, high accuracy of prediction and definiteness of the training results, and it has been applied to inverse design of slopes and surface displacement due to coal extraction. In the paper, ANFIS-based approach for the forecast of the height of transmissive fractured belt are applied to the extraction the No.Ⅲ ore body at Kangjiawan Zinc-Lead Mine successfully, some important conclusions are of great significance to the factual issues. All the experiences may be of greatly beneficial reference for the similar projects since then.

Abstract:The TuMuErTai Iron Mine is a very good deposit. Because the grade of the iron ore can reach about 60%. But some of the ore is high sulfur ore, so the mineral processing plant must be built. The closed circuit grinding is adopted in the mineral processing flow. At the same time, the high sulfur ore was treated by the flotation. Though the processing, the grade of sulfur of the product can be reduce to lower than 0.2%. Thus, the mineral processing plant can be feasibility to built.

Abstract:The inner hidden water-bearing bodies are the causes of the water disaster in the working face of coalmine. In order to detect the inner water-bearing bodies under the floor of working face, a new DC detecting method, that is, the parallel Bipole-Dipole method was introduced; and in the data interpretation method, this paper provided the Resistivity Computerized Tomography Method to inverse the position of the (simulated) water-bearing bodies. The modeling test in water tank and trial on spot both indicated that it is feasible and valid with the Bipole-Dipole method in detecting the inner water disaster of the working face, and it would be a promising future as its obvious virtue of amplified observation signals and adaptive range.

Abstract:Elective culture of Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans and Acidithiobacillus thiooxidanin in modified 9K medium (containing pyrrhotite)was studied in this paper. Bioleaching of sphalerite flotation concentrate by the selected bacteria was carried out. The results showed that the microorganisms cultured by pyrrhotite were a mixture of Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans andAcidithiobacillus thiooxidans of which the capability to oxidize ferrous to ferric irons was enhanced by the high ratio of Fe/S in pyrrhotite. Five pyrrhotite samples were separated into various parts with corresponding S/Fe ratios by magnetic separation and were used to culture the elective bacteria as the substrate. The association of the cultures could provide a more rapid and complete oxidation of sphalerite than that of bacteria cultivated by conventional methods.

Show/Hide Abstract | Cite this paper︱Full-text: PDF (0 B)
Abstract:The numerical approach to translatory coal bumps analysis is used to examine the effects of joint and coal seam stiffness on the outburst velocity, deformation magnitude of the opening wall and plastic zone length in the coal seam. A series of tests are performed by varying the joint dip angles, spacing normal to joint tracks, joint block size and coal seam stiffness ratio to the surrounding rock. Results of joint and coal seam stiffness effects analysis indicate that joint dip angle, interval spacing, block size and coal seam stiffness ratio have profound influences on coal bumps. The increasing of interval spacing and joint block size can generate larger roadway deformation, lower roadway deformation velocity and longer plastic region in the coal seam. Higher stiffness ratio can also result in larger deformation, higher deformation velocity of opening wall. Coal bumps conditions deteriorate as the dip angle rotated to 90 degree or the elastic zones disappear in the whole active zone of coal seam for different spacing distributions.

Abstract:Production system of fully-mechanized face is a complicated system composed of human, machine and environment, meantime influenced by various random factors. Analyzing the reliability of system needs plentiful data by means of system faults statistic. Based on the viewpoint that shift output of fully-mechanized face is the result of various random factors’ synthetic influence, the process of how to analyze its reliability was deduced by using probability theory, symbolic statistics theory and systematic reliability theory combined with the concrete case study in this paper. And it has been proved that this method is feasible and valuable.
