Abstract:Underground mining in Shitun coal mine is affecting security operations of Pangzhuang railway bridge. Based on the specific situation of railway bridge, adopted the measure that padded the bridge by building bricks and then set lifting steel beams etc. to ensure its safe operation through data analysis and subsidence deformation prediction. Which has achieved economic and social benefits and provided scientific reference for the safe mining under railway bridge with the similar condition.

Abstract:Three important aspects of phase-mining must be optimized: the number of phases, the geometry and position of each phase-pit (including the ultimate pit), and the ore and waste quantities to be mined in each phase. A model is presented in this paper in which, a sequence of geologically optimum pits are first generated and then dynamically evaluated to simultaneously optimize the above three aspects, with the objective of maximizing the overall net present value. The model takes into full account of the dynamic nature of the problem with respect to both time and space, and is robust in accommodating different pit wall slopes and different bench heights.

Abstract:With the practical experience in the UCG power generation test in Huating Coal Group of China, nine ways of enhancement of efficiency of Underground Coal Gasification -Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle (UCG-IGCC) Power Plants are put forward which include selection of proper gasification agent flow rate, proper steam concentration in gasification agent, proper O2 concentration in gasification agent, the appropriate oxygen making process, appropriate overall rate of air separation system ,increase in temperature of gasifiers, control of the length of the reduction zone, increase in the inlet temperature of gas turbines, utilizing the sensible heat of the coal gas .
