	Abstract:To cope with the challenge of successful edge offloading brought by the mobility of mobile devices in intelligent factories, this paper studies the optimization problem of the edge offloading strategy of mobile devices based on mobility. Considering the decision task flow executed by priority, the unique offloading method of a single task, the communication range of the edge server, and the delay constraint of the offloading of a single task, appropriate computing resources are selected according to the real-time location of the mobile device to offload the computing task. Based on the edge computing architecture of an intelligent factory, this paper puts forward five different computation offloading methods. From a global perspective, the energy consumption and delay of tasks offloading in local, edge, cloud center, local-edge collaboration, and local-edge-cloud collaboration are considered. In this paper, the algorithm based on genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization is used to design the optimal decision task flow offloading strategy which can obtain the minimum energy consumption and delay. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can reduce the computation offloading energy consumption and delay of mobile devices.

	Abstract:Satellite communications network is a kind of delay tolerant network with characters of intermittent connection, long packet queuing time, complex and uncertain delay time, etc. The call congestion rate of new business is higher in delay tolerant network which leads to the reduction of communication quality and the high error code rate. The existing traffic flow prediction scheme is hard to meet new business and individual requirements. It becomes more and more important to study the most effective traffic prediction scheme so as to increase the satellite bandwidth utilization. In this paper, BP neural network (BPNN) has been used as regression model, and the Genetic Algorithm (GA) has been used to search the weights matrix and thresholds of BP neural network. Then the satellite traffic flow prediction scheme based on wavelet neural network and genetic algorithm (WNNGA) was put forward. Simulation results with the real traffic traces show that the proposed method can more accurately predict the future of the satellite network traffic and decrease the processing time compared with previous model method.?????

	Abstract:Energy efficiency and network stability affects the application of WSNs, while routing plays a vital role in balancing energy consumption. At present Low-Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy (LEACH) Protocol is a widely used solution. However, there exist problems on network lifetime and stability of LEACH. An improved Routing protocol based on LEACH is proposed to deal with that. Energy threshold is introduced in cluster head (CH) election and multi hop routing to base station (BS) is proposed in routing phase. Simulation proves that improved routing protocol effectively extend the lifetime and improve stability of network.

	Abstract:Fission mode of information transmission in the Microblog network presents a challenge to the existing public opinion diffusion model. In order to depict the mechanism of the public opinion transmission in the Microblog network, this paper proposes a topic evolution model based on the complex networks and infectious disease dynamics theory. The model takes the directed scale-free network as the carrier, which synthetically considers the characteristics of topic propagation and its influence factors. In addition, the research performs simulation analysis, of which result mirrors the topic evolution process from common topic into hot topic, and verifies its validity.

	Abstract:Power Network Management plays a key role in ensuring the normal operation of power telecommunication network. However, with the complexity development of power telecommunication networks and the diversity of network technology, it has brought some difficulties to daily operation, maintenance and expansion of power telecommunication network. Traditional power telecommunication network management no longer meets the requirements. In this paper, a new power telecommunication network management system is proposed, which is also an intelligent analytical system. Secondly, the architecture of intelligence analysis system of power telecommunication is introduced. Thirdly, more details about the system, such as: data acquisition, network status assessment, network of early warning, system management etc., is discussed in detail. This new system has been developed and tested to meet the design requirements.

	Abstract:Along with the growing of telecommunication networks, devices of access networks contribute to a significant of total energy consumed by telecommunication network sectors. In recent studies, sleep mode is used as a common approach to reduce energy consumption in Ethenet passive optical networks(EPON). When the traffic of an optical network unit(ONU) meets certain conditions, Optical line terminal(OLT) allows ONU to switch from active mode into sleep mode, in order to reduce energy consumption. In this paper, a novel power saving mechanism for 10 Gbit/s Enthernet passive optical network(10G EPON) is proposed based on a centric dynamic bandwidth algorithm(DBA). The OLT assigns upstream and downstream bandwidth allocations for all ONUs in a centric way at the beginning of every DBA cycle, and informs ONUs to sleep within a period or sleep for several periods depending on the previously average traffic load in both downstream and upstream. The simulation results reveal that an ONU stays on sleep mode for more than 50% of the observation time averagely, and the average delay and packet loss of all ONUs prevail the requirments of access network when 10G EPON system is not at full capacity.

	Abstract:The development gateway of a country would be the well-developed infrastructure specially the telecommunication. The telecommunication would be the foundation for the development of the information technology. Mongolia is catching up with the latest development of the telecommunication and information technologies. Recently, Ulaanbaatar capital and some capitals of province have been connected with a high-speed fiber optic cable network. Twenty-one provinces and their 330 sums (the second level of administrative subdivision in a province) have been covered with nation wide mobile network provided by the national carriers, i.e. MobiCom, Skytel and Unitel, G-mobile. The next generations of mobile services 3.5G or WCDMA, will be introduced to Mongolian market and it will allow the high-speed data and media transmission. Goal of the project is to use main mobile services, Internet connection and SMS, to build a cost effective and reliable network for Gasoline Company and its Gas stations. The project design is based on CDMA 2000 1x mobile network of the Mongolian main mobile service provider, Skytel Company.
