Abstract:The investigation of safety hazards is essential role in metro construction. However, due to many regulations and participants\' opinions needing to be considered, current safety hazards identified against the rules often need help with challenges such as being time-consuming, poor authority, poor traceability, or lack of real-time information. This study develops a novel blockchain-based safety hazard regulations storage system(SHRSS) and safety hazard monitoring system(SHMS) for metro construction to address these issues, expanding the use of blockchain in metro construction. The SHRSS constructs a safety hazard regulations database, standardized regulations, and stores in blocks. The SHMS builds a safety hazard information-sharing management blockchain, allowing each monitoring party to participate in risk monitoring. The paper draws discussions and summarizes the primary scientific contribution.

Abstract:In order to study the effect of guide vane on the vortex-induced vibration characteristics of blunt steel box girder section, this paper first compares the vortex-induced vibration response of the original blunt steel box girder section and the blunt box girder with three different sizes and forms of guide vanes by wind tunnel test. Secondly, the vortex-induced vibration responses of blunt box girders with three different forms and sizes of guide vanes are compared by numerical simulation. Finally, through the comparative analysis of the flow field of the original blunt body section and the inverted L-shaped guide vane with different sizes, the reason for the vortex vibration phenomenon of the blunt body section is found. The results show that the horizontal guide plate has good vibration suppression effect on vertical bending vortex vibration, but it will increase the vibration amplitude of torsional vortex vibration. The inverted L-shaped guide vane has a very obvious suppression effect on the torsional vortex vibration and vertical bending vortex vibration of the blunt body section. By comparing the flow field, it is found that the vortex at the top of the section is eliminated, and the large-scale vortex at the tail is decomposed into smaller-scale vortex, so as to achieve the purpose of suppressing vortex vibration.

Abstract:With the global climate getting warmer and warmer, the navigational domain available and its period of time for merchant ships at the Arctic Ocean become more and more extensive. The International Maritime Organization MSC adopted the International Code for ships Operating in Polar Waters (Polar Code) on November 21, 2014. In response to the opening of the Arctic Route, with the help of the experiences sailing at the Arctic, the paper gives special instructions for the Engine Department sailing at this region, including of the crews qualification, the machines operating and maintenances, as well as environmental protection, discussing the other requirements such as steel material, ballasting heating and auxiliary boilers etc. From the view of Engine Department, it also gives some advices for the above concerns in accordance with the case of M/V XueLong, proposing that engineer officers on board ship should actively take measurements to accommodate the opening of the Arctic Water-routes, and to meet the requirements of management and technology

Abstract:In recent years, with the rapid development of e-commerce, fresh food e-commerce has also developed rapidly, but traditional fresh food e-commerce has no physical business premises, so its actual cost and loss of commodities are much higher than traditional fresh food e-commerce. Fresh shops and businesses. Under the current high requirements of consumers for the quality of life and high standards of user experience, how to ensure the freshness of fresh food and reduce the cost of delivery has become a difficult problem in the delivery of fresh food to customers. The site selection is carried out, and the following contents are studied:(1)Through the research of the paper, the influencing factors of the site selection are found out, and a system of the site selection influence factors is scientifically constructed by the method of l |
