The model of dc SQUID is constructed in the software PSpice. Taking advantage of the new model, we simulated the I-V characteristics and V-Φ characteristics of dc SQUID with different parameters. On this basis, we simulated the SQUID composed of intrinsic Josephson junction arrays by changing circuit parameters. Important results are obtained, which is valuable for understanding of the principles of dc SQUID and selection of parameters.
