Urban Complex is a new concept of the combination of multiple-function architecture subsystems, including hotel, office, residence and entertainment, etc. Its parking requirements and characteristics are quite different from general city buildings'. In this paper, the traveler behavior characteristics in Urban Complex are analyzed first, and the correlation coefficients matrix among different functional subsystems is built. Then a modified parking generation rate model of the Urban Complex is developed. This model can eliminate the parking repetition in traditional parking generation rate model. The validation result shows that the model has higher accuracy in parking demand prediction.
