Circular traffic organization is to choose appropriate arterial road or secondary trunk road as circuit in proper urban region, to set special in- and out-circuit right turn lane in intersection and to set special U-turn lane in appropriate circuit position. With proper weaving, vehicle stream can turn left or "dash out circuit" to go straight on through straight or right-turn after U-turned in U-turn lane. All the intersections are not permitted to turn left and dash out circuit to go straight on in order to assure traffic efficiency of straight in circuit and form self-organization circular traffic. Thus the traffic conflict point in intersection can be eliminated, time loss which caused by setting too many traffic signal lamps in intersection can be avoided, as well as traffic jam which caused by overconcentration of traffic converging, weaving and diverging regions in traditional roundabout traffic organization, and traffic bottleneck can be let up. Thereby traffic efficiency of area traffic can be improved greatly, and a safe, unblocked and effective traffic environment is available.
