The management of information resource has become the key point to the educational administration information system with the development of information technologies. This paper described and proposed a novel educational administration information system (CES@BUPT) based on the cloud storage platform. Redundant data deleting algorithm and cloud storage algorithm were used in this paper to deal with the problem of mess data store. Space and roles division techonlogy was used to insure the security of data sharing. Finally, 2-year application of CES@BUPT was used to validate its feasibility and effectiveness.
