Currently, most commercial wind power software are using mathematic wake model for the energy assessment and optimizing the layout of the wind farm. I proposed a new mathematics wake model theoretically based on Theorem of Momentum combined with Actuator Disk Model. This model can calculate the velocity profile of the cross section of the wake not only average results. Two special cases are considered. one is the velocity reduction more than 30% which makes the theorem of momentum invalid. The other is the case of the lateral wind turbine impact. The intermittency of wind power production is analyzed in the research and the new make model applications are highlight.
