This paper is devoted to determine the viability of a class hybrid systems on a region which is expressed by inequalities of piecewise smooth functions. Firstly, the problem of continuous dynamics system is discussed based on nonsmooth analysis. Secondly, a sufficient and necessary condition of viability domain for hybrid differential inclusion is gotten. Finally, a class of piecewise smooth functions which are widely used are discussed, and the discriminating method for hybrid viability of the region is given.
