An improved SAMP channel estimation schem in OFDM systems

Channel estimation occupies an important position in OFDM communication systems. Compared with channel estimation algorithms such as LS and MMSE, channel estimation methods based on compressed sensing can save spectrum efficiency. Taking advantage of the channel sparsity, channel estimation and compressive sensing can be combined. And SAMP with adaptive sparsity is well suited for practical situations.For the drawback that the SAMP algorithm has poor atomic selection ability during iteration. In this paper, proposes an atomic weak selection mechanism For the shortcomings of SAMP such as the existence of poor noise immunity. The simulation results show that the proposed method shares better performance in BER and MSE than SAMP.
