In recent years, with the rapid development of e-commerce, fresh food e-commerce has also developed rapidly, but traditional fresh food e-commerce has no physical business premises, so its actual cost and loss of commodities are much higher than traditional fresh food e-commerce. Fresh shops and businesses. Under the current high requirements of consumers for the quality of life and high standards of user experience, how to ensure the freshness of fresh food and reduce the cost of delivery has become a difficult problem in the delivery of fresh food to customers. The site selection is carried out, and the following contents are studied:(1)Through the research of the paper, the influencing factors of the site selection are found out, and a system of the site selection influence factors is scientifically constructed by the method of literature research.(2)The initial distribution center location is found out through the AP clustering algorithm, and secondly, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to select the location of the distribution center according to the demand.(3)Take the physical store of Hema Fresh in Beijing as the research object for analysis to verify the applicability of the location decision.
