This paper lists the key technologies in web services, such as SOAP, WSDL, and XML. Most importantly, it focuses on the application development based on ISG simulator. ISG provides a set of OSA methods and supports Parlay API. ISG simulator has combined many basic simulators and supports the same API as ISG. Using ISG simulator we can develop application easily and quickly, and the application can work well when transferred to real ISG.
