| The article reviews the development of e-learning and the concept of learning society in the first. It points out there are some factors that decided the success of building of the learning society in china. These factors are technology, education, culture, economic, policy and individuals. When analyzing these factors, we can see that it is belonging to the characteristic of the china, which may coherence with the modern western theories or even heurist our thinks. But some of them are controversy to the theories of life long learning and learning society. How to solve these problems may be a great challenge to all of the Chinese. |
