The quality of service management - QoSM is an important evaluation factor for service management in NGN. To evaluate QoSM efficiently, it is necessary and elementary to define an evaluation metrics and find an evaluation method. First, the evaluation metrics for QoSM based on SLA’s service management contents is proposed. Fuzzy evaluating is a method based on fuzzy mathematics. It is suitable to evaluate an object with many factors which have different infections to the object and interactions to each other. A fuzzy evaluating method to evaluate QoSM based on above evaluation metrics is designed. At last, an example of evaluating is described to illuminate that the fuzzy evaluating method for the QoSM of NGN is useful and correct.
