This paper shows that two-way evolving data does not have the rotation uncertainty problem itself. The so-called rotation uncertainty problem comes from the convergence criterion of minimum squared residual. It is possible to solve the problem by introducing proper convergence criterion.
Keywords:Convergence criterion, rotation uncertainty, two-way evolving data
