In this paper, an SVI epidemic model with diffusion is established. By constructing Lyapunov functions , we analyze the long time behavior of solutions for the model under continuous vaccination strategy, the global asymptotical stable results of the disease-free equilibrium and the epidemic equilibrium are proved.
