In this paper, the improved FM-DCSK system is studied, further based on the scheme, a differential-encoding method is presented to simplify the receiver configuration. The BER performance of the different FM-DCSK systems including proposed one is investigated both over AWGN and multipath channels. Simulation results show that our proposed scheme has a robust performance both in AWGN and multipath channels. Comparing with the improved FM-DCSK, our proposed scheme not only has a comparable BER performance both over AWGN and multipath channels, but also puts the improved FM-DCSK into practice.
