Analysed the truth table of full-subtracter, design the full-subtracter with 8 methods. They are basic gate circuit, integrated basic gate circuit(74LS00),3/8decoder(74LS138),extended 2/4 decoder(74LS139), 4/10decoder(74LS42), 1/8 data selector(74LS151), 1/4 extended data selector(74LS153)and 1/4 data selector(74LS153) with dimension reduction.
