| The purpose of this report is give brief introduction of both of the history and evaluate ANZ ‘s current situation and its overall strategies in both local and overseas banking market through our SWOT analysis, which means strength, weakness, opportunities and threats. There are three goals and objectives in this report. The first goal is to give a general idea of how ANZ evolve during its business circle. The second goal is to analyze its current strength, weakness in the Australian local banking market, and then to analyze its opportunities, threats in both local and overseas market.
