In this article, we pay attention to the fundamental of the listed companies. We acquire the 2008 medium-term financial targets of 30 companies which are listed in mainland China, and then we choose 8 financial targets to analyze by using SPSS13.0, interpreting the special meanings of each factor, selecting the winning stocks from the 30 stocks by computing the general scores of each stock.. And these numbers help us to find the stock “Petro China” which is the best out of the 30 stocks.
