In order to investigate symmetric solutions of the polynomial-like iterative equation in RN ( N>=2 ), equivariance of solutions with respect to the orthogonal group O(N) is discussed in [Proc. Royal Soc. Edinburgh A130(2000), 1153-1163]. In this paper we extend this result to the group O(N) ⊙
