Mechanism of superconductivity is based on a mechanism of electron pairing near EF with definite binding energy. A candidate mechanism of such electron pairing is described in this paper. Electron pairs are induced by EM wave modes generated by corresponding lattice wave modes. The pairs are formed between E(k) faces, with definite binding energies. The binding energy of an electron pair is characterized by the frequency of the EM mode that induces the pairing.
