In this paper,the stability problem for the genetic regulatory network with time-varying delay and nonlinear disturbances is studied.By employing a more effective Lyapunov Function and conducting some free-weighting approaches,some less conservative sufficient conditions for the stability problem of genetic regulatory network are derived in the terms of the linear matrix inequality(LMI),which can be easily checked by Matlab Toolbox.Finally,Two simple examples are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed testing criteria.
