This paper discusses the development of the 3G wireless network and a Clustered PTT system based on it, some new features are also introduced into the system. Current communication applications are mostly based on text conversation, voice and video information are hardly real-time because of the limitation of the 2G wireless network. The 3G wireless network support more bandwidth than the 2G's, this let the real-time voice and video communcaitons on wireless data network possible. This paper discuss the structure of a real-time communcations systeam which can support real-time voice and video. The system is also open, other applications can also be added onto it.
