Power Network Management plays a key role in ensuring the normal operation of power telecommunication network. However, with the complexity development of power telecommunication networks and the diversity of network technology, it has brought some difficulties to daily operation, maintenance and expansion of power telecommunication network. Traditional power telecommunication network management no longer meets the requirements. In this paper, a new power telecommunication network management system is proposed, which is also an intelligent analytical system. Secondly, the architecture of intelligence analysis system of power telecommunication is introduced. Thirdly, more details about the system, such as: data acquisition, network status assessment, network of early warning, system management etc., is discussed in detail. This new system has been developed and tested to meet the design requirements.
Keywords:power telecommunication network; data acquisition; network status assessment; network of early warning; system management
