We investigate akinetic model for the sedimentation of colloidalrods, deduced by Helzel, Otto andTzavaras (2011), which couples the impressible (Navier-)Stokesequation with the Fokker-Planck equation. With no-flux boundarycondition for distribution function, we establish the existence anduniqueness of global weak solution to the two dimensional modelinvolving Stokes equation.
