Boundedness and compactness of the weighted composition operators between some Fock-sobolev spaces are characterized. The norm and essential norm of these operators are also calculated. Furthermore, the duality spaces of Fock-sobolev spaces $mathcal{F}^{p,m}_{s}$ are given when $0<p<infty$.
