This paper is devoted to study of travelingwavefronts for a class of reaction-diffusion population model with discretedelay. By Constructing weak upper-lower solution, which are easy to construct in practice,and applying Schauder fixed point theorem, we prove that thereexists a constant $c^*>0$ such that for each $cgeq c^*$, themodel under consideration admits traveling wavefronts solutionwith speed $c.$
