ME frequency multiplying behavior has wide applications in frequency multipliers, which can tune to a harmonic of the input frequency. It is necessary not only to widen frequency range of applications, but also to achieve more harmonics of output signals. We report a new way for adjusting the output signals frequencies by altering the applied dc magnetic fields and structures under a large ac magnetic field (100Oe). Without the dc magnetic field, some comparisons were made to study the differences of ME frequency multiplying behaviors among the different samples and as a result basic frequencies of output signals can be adjusted by changing the structures. Then, a dc magnetic field is applied to obtain more basic frequencies and distortions of output signals. At the same time, the dependences of ME effect on ac and dc magnetic fields are investigated, respectively. Our results show that structures have a significant influence on ME frequency multiplying behaviors: bilayers present more basic frequency than trilayer. Meanwhile, when a dc magnetic field was applied, odd harmonics generate and the numbers of basic frequencies increase. As the dc magnetic field continue to increase, ME frequency multiplying behaviors disappear gradually. For different samples, ME effects show different variations with the applied magnetic fields.
