This paper introduces the notion of generalized uniformly quasi-concavity which is a nature extension of the uniformly transfer quasi-concavity introduced by Bay, Tian and Zhou in [Bay M.R., Tian G., and Zhou J., Characterizations of the Existence of Equilibria in Games with Discontinuous and Non-Quasi-concave Payoffs. Review of Economic Studies 60, 935-948(1993)] to topological spaces, and give a characterization of dominant strategy equilibrium for non-cooperative games without any convexity (geometrical or abstract).
Keywords:dominant strategy equilibrium; generalized uniformly quasi-concavity; transfer upper semi-continuity.
