The novel Measurement-device-independent quantum key distribution scheme has been proposed to close all the loopholes caused by the imperfect of measurement devices. Collective noise in quantum channel will impact the polarization modes of photons, reducing the communication efficiency and security. We present a fault-tolerant Measurement-device-independent quantum key distribution scheme based on the decoherence-free subspace which will overcome the collective noise. Logistic-state is comprised by two pairs photons in Bell state which can be achieved with parametric-down conversion source and the mutually unbiased bases are completed by the photons order rearrangement technology.
