Based on complex potential method, this paper studies the multi-field coupling effects on a semi-permeable crack in an infinite electro-thermo-elastic material subjected to combined mechanical, thermal and electric loads. The explicit expressions of temperature field and electroelastic field are given in closed form and the expressions of electric displacement intensity factor and stress intensity factors are also presented. Numerical curves are shown to discuss the effects of combined loads, material stiffness, thermoelectric coupling and dielectric permeabilities on the induced electric field inside the crack and intensity factors of stresses and electric displacement.
