In this paper, we study a two-species periodic Beddington-DeAngelispredator-prey model with delay in a two-patch environment, in whichthe prey species can disperse between two patches, but the predatorspecies cannot disperse. On the basis of the comparison theorem ofdifferential equations, and by constructing appropriate $V$-function, we establish sufficient conditions for thepermanence and extinction of the system.
