The stability of predator-prey system is an important research topic in ecological mathematicalfield. In this paper, we study a predator-preysystem with Beddington-DeAngelis and Tanner functional response. By using theiteration method and comparison principle, we prove the global asymptoticstability of the unique positive equilibrium solution.
