It has been studied the spectroscopy of a simple two-level single molecule coupled to a nonequilibrium environment, driven by an external classical laser field based on the generating function approach. The environmental nonequilibrium feature is characterized by a non-Markovian environmental noise process with nonstationary statistical properties. In the situation when the environmental noise is memoryless, the statistical properties related to photon emission of the system such as the average photon number, the line shape, the Mandel $Q$ parameter and so on can be obtained, and then the phenomenon in spectral dynamics induced by the environmental nonequilibrium feature can be observed.}%It is shown that the spectral narrowing phenomenon was observed when the system dynamics transits from non-Markovian to Markovian due to the decrease of the coupling between the system and the environment.
