This paper considers the security of transmission in buffer-aideddecode-and-forward underlay cognitive radio network, where aneavesdropper can intercept the data transmission from the source and relay nodes. In this paper, a new buffer-aidedrelay selection scheme is proposed to optimize the secrecy transmission, inwhich the interference introduced by primary transmitter andprimary receiver are considered. Moreover, finite size data buffersare assumed to be available at every relay to avoid selectingthe best source-to-relay and relay-to-destination links concurrently, and the secrecy outage probability in proposed schemeis derived. The proposed scheme is evaluated using simulationand theoretical results, which show that proposed scheme hasperformance advantage over the conventional unbuffered relayselection scheme.
