In this article, we study the global well-posedness of the Cauchy problem for the 3D magneto-micropolar fluid equations with infinite magnetic Reynolds number. More precisely, we demonstrate the global well-posedness of the Cauchy problem when the initial magnetic field is near to the background magnetic field and the Diophantine condition is satisfied.
