This paper introduces an array recruitment activities with an acronym of “Referrals lead to SARS”. It also introduces a recruitment strategy with an acronym of “SLAP COBRA”. These two management tools have been used in a major insurance company in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. They are proved to be feasible in the insurance industry and effective in resolving internal conflicts and mitigating staff grievance within an organization.
