This paper evaluates the relative efficiency of decade’s development of traffic and transportation system in China and present regional development based on data envelopment analysis. The result concludes that the input and output efficiency of China has not promoted significantly, and the unbalance development between regions exists. Some regions have a relatively low efficiency and little correlation with their developing levels, so great attention should be paid to promote the efficiency of regional traffic and transportation productivity.
