According to the characters of fractures in the fractured low-permeability reservoir, the model of anisotropy equivalent continuous medium was established by virtue of the parallel-plane theory, tensor theory and the law of equivalent seepage resistance. The influence of fractures on the reservoir permeability can be evaluated quantificationally and the fractures characterization parameters can be used to the studies of seepage theory and reservoir engineering by using the model. An example is calculated with the fracture characterizations of a practical reservoir. The results show that the fractures play a great role for the low-permeability reservoir especially for the ultra low-permeability reservoir. On the one hand, the reservoir permeability is improved by the fractures, so the ultra low-permeability reservoir can be developed; On the other hand, the fractures lead the reservoir to the strong anisotropy and increase the difficulty of development.
Keywords:fractured reservoir; low-permeability; equivalent continuous medium; model
