This paper discusses a new Open-CNC System based on software architecture to connect with research hotspot of Open-CNC System. It mainly analyzes Software Open-CNC System’s Real-time and openness by discussing Operating System, SERCOS Interface between controller and servo-driver. At last model reference of Software Open-CNC System is established. Modular structure of Software Open-CNC System provides the most extensive openness for users. It is the current development trend to research Software Open-CNC System which has very important realistic significance.
