This article describes a network of third-party position on a moving target positioning process, and proposes an approach based on TD-SCDMA network architecture seamless positioning program, integrate the existing GPS positioning technology and wireless location network technology, thus realize the ubiquitous mobile location-based services.This network architecture can be a good environment to the different needs of different users with seamless global positioning.
