Aiming at applying the wireless sensor network to the location of the workers and the equipment in the mine, a wireless sensor network node system for mine is designed, considering the location accuracy, the communication performance, the intrinsic safety and other requirements. At first, the structure of the wireless sensor network node system for mine is established on the basis of mine environment and the location requirements. Secondly, the schematic circuits of the mobile node, the fixed nodes and the sink node are designed. To guarantee the intrinsic safety of the sensor node, the varistor and the RC circuit are used in the reset circuit of the node, which can reduce the discharge energy when the reset circuit was triggered, and the theoretical analysis of the discharge energy of the reset circuit of the node shows the reset circuit is an intrinsic safety circuit. Following, the theoretical analysis about the reliable communication performance among all kinds of nodes is discussed, such as the Network communication delay and packet loss rate. At last, the simulation experiments about the reliability of the location nodes system shows the highest network communication delay of the system is 0.11 seconds, and the highest packet loss rate is 0.13, which verifies that the location node system has a high reliability, and meets the location requirement of the workers and the equipments in the mine real-timely. |
