Herein, azobenzene modified polydiacetylene (PDA) vesicles with linear temperature dependence of fluorescence intensity had been fabricated successfully, and photo-controlled inclusion and exclusion reaction with β-cyclodextrin were used to act as driving force to induce fluorescence change of above azobenzene substituted PDA based vesicles.
Keywords:vesicles;photo-controlled inclusion and exclusion reaction;fluorescence temperature sensing
