In distributed network for supply chain management (SCM) systems under the global information conditions, new support and optimization for model management of decision support system (DSS) need more attention to be focused. In order to deal with the heterogeneous and distributed information and models across multi-type platform, after the in-depth research to new challenges of SCM decision, we present a decision model management system based on service oriented architecture (SOA) and multi agent system (MAS) according to the characteristics of the agility and real-time demand of its decision making process. In which, model transformation and integration are supported by web service and agent. At last, a prototype implementation with OS independence in Java language is given.
